    Where do you ship to?

    We currently ship across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Every order is sent with free delivery and a tracking link, so you'll always know exactly when to expect it.

    We're a UK-focused store, which means our sizing, support, and service are all tailored with our British customers in mind. If you're shopping from outside the UK and would love to see Zabura available in your country one day, do let us know, we love hearing from women who feel at home with what we do.
    How long does delivery take, and what is the shipping fee?

    We offer free shipping. Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves us, which means delivery typically takes 10–14 days. We know that's a little longer than the high street, and we appreciate your patience, it's part of how we make sure your order arrives exactly as it should. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
    What is your return policy?

    We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For detailed information please see our return and refund policy.
    How do I know what size to order?

    Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the guide rather than going by your usual label size, as sizing can vary between styles. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit. Still unsure? Drop us a message, we're happy to help you find the right fit before you order.
