By placing an order with Zabura, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Our 14-Day Return Guarantee (Change of Mind)
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- The product must be in resellable condition
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return

Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (if applicable)
Returns must be approved before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
Due to our international fulfillment process, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Zabura cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a remedy if goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
After verification, we will offer one of the following remedies:
- A free replacement item, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered or waived where appropriate.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
- Final sale or promotional clearance items (where clearly stated)
6. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
- Funds are returned to your original payment method
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to complete processing
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Order Cancellation Rights
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.
8. Delivery Time & Fulfillment Transparency
Zabura works with an international fulfillment partner to offer carefully selected products. As a result, delivery times may be longer than traditional local shipping.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the stated shipping timeframes shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page.
Shipping delays caused by customs, carriers, or external logistics providers are outside our direct control but we will always assist in resolving delivery issues.
9. Lost Parcels
If tracking confirms a parcel is lost in transit, we will provide either:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A full refund
Investigations with carriers may take several business days before resolution.
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution while investigations are conducted with payment providers.
