Below you’ll find answers to common questions about returns, refunds, and order protection in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order under our return guarantee.

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all packaging and tags attached
  • Returned in resellable condition

Requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible for return.

How do I request a return?

To start a return, you can:

  • Or fill in the return form beneath this page

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Returns must be approved before sending items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items due to change of mind.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Zabura will cover or waive return shipping costs where appropriate.

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are protected under UK consumer law.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or video evidence.

After verification, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund
Are there items that cannot be returned?

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Returns sent without approval
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Final sale or clearance items (where stated)
How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund approval is confirmed via email
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.

Why can shipping take longer than usual?

Zabura works with an international fulfillment partner to provide carefully selected products and quality inspection before shipment.

Because of this process, delivery times may be longer than local shipping. Estimated delivery times are clearly shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these delivery timeframes.

What happens if my package is lost?

If tracking confirms your parcel is lost during transit, we will provide:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund

Carrier investigations may take several business days before resolution.

Should I contact you before opening a chargeback?

Yes. We strongly encourage contacting us first at returns@zabura.store.

Most issues can be resolved quickly without involving payment providers. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution while investigations take place.
